The role is responsible for ensuring projects progress according to agreed timelines, facilitating communication across departments, tracking milestones, maintaining project documentation, and supporting the successful execution of institutional priorities.\nWorking across multiple concurrent initiatives, the Project Manager acts as the central coordination point between academic and administrative departments, external partners, consultants, regulatory agencies, and senior leadership.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProject Coordination\nCoordinate multiple strategic projects simultaneously across the Strategy & Growth portfolio.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and workback schedules.\nMonitor project progress against milestones and identify potential delays or risks.\nTrack project deliverables and follow up with responsible stakeholders.\nCoordinate project meetings and prepare agendas, minutes and action registers.\nMaintain project documentation, version control and project repositories.\nStakeholder Coordination\nLiaise with internal departments to coordinate project activities.\nCoordinate communications with external consultants, partners and service providers.\nSchedule meetings and facilitate cross-functional working groups.\nMonitor completion of agreed actions and provide regular status updates.\nReporting & Governance\nPrepare project dashboards, keep progress reports up to date for weekly / biweekly project huddles. Maintain project risk and issue registers as part of this.\nTrack key performance indicators and project milestones.\nEscalate emerging risks or delays to senior management.\nSupport governance committees with project documentation and reporting.\nOperational Support\nCoordinate procurement and vendor activities where required.\nAssist in developing business cases and project documentation.\nSupport budgeting and project expenditure tracking.\nCoordinate project logistics including workshops, consultations and stakeholder engagements.\nContinuous Improvement\nDevelop and improve project management templates and tools.\nPromote consistent project management methodologies across initiatives.\nSupport implementation of governance and quality assurance processes.\nCapture lessons learned and support continuous improvement activities.\nTypical Projects Supported\nInstitutional strategic initiatives\nNew campus development\nInternational expansion projects\nRegulatory submissions\nAccreditation projects\nAcademic consent renewals or new applications\nStrategic partnerships\nMarketing and recruitment projects\nBusiness development initiatives\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Administration or related discipline.\nProject Management certification (PMP, CAPM or similar) is an asset.\n5-7 years' experience coordinating complex projects.\nExperience working in higher education is a highly desirable.\nKnowledge & Skills\nExcellent organizational and planning skills.\nStrong stakeholder management abilities.\nExperience using project management methodologies.\nAbility to manage multiple competing priorities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAdvanced Microsoft Office skills.\nExperience using project management software (Monday.com, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.) is an asset.\nKey Competencies\nProject coordination\nPlanning and scheduling\nAttention to detail\nRelationship management\nInitiative and accountability\nRisk management\nTime management\nCollaboration\nAdaptability\nProfessional judgement\nReporting Relationship\nApplication Process:\nTo formally express your interest in this opportunity, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter.
