The company works together with numerous partners globally, augmenting its in-house team of over 900 staff. ib vogt has built or has in construction more than 4 GW of PV power plants globally with a project pipeline of more than 60 GWp.\n Summary of the Role:\nProject Development Manager is responsible in conducting and supporting the coordination of all the development workstream tasks from tender/project award stage to Ready-to-Build (RTB).\nResponsibilities:\nCreate and coordinate the outline of land acquisition steps, calculate the cost items, procure the external outsourced parties (if any), manage the progress, deliverables, paperworks, and related reports.\nCreate and coordinate the outline of permitting steps, calculate the cost items, procure the external outsourced parties (if any), manage the progress, deliverables, paperworks, and related-reports.\nDevelop and coordinate internal documents (ToR) related to land acquisition, permitting, and site studies\nCoordinate the communications and relationships with local stakeholders and external relevant parties related to land acquisition and permitting\nConduct KYC and compliance check on the exteral outsource party to avoid compliance and reputation risk of the company.\nCoordinate the obtainment of information with to other teams (Engineering Team, Investment Team, Business Development Team, etc) to achieve all the conditions required for land acquisition and permitting completion\nSupport the Project Integration Manager in producing reports and paperworks related to the overall project development progress (PPA, land acquisition, permitting, technical studies)\n Qualification(s) & Requirements of This Role:\nBachelor’s degree or higher in management or engineering design\nMin 5 years of relevant industry experience in power plant development in Indonesia, with a strong understanding of land acquisition, permitting, and vendor management.\nProficiency in developing, vetting, and managing land-acquisition and permit progress and deliverables, including timeline and cost-control\nProficiency in calculating detailed breakdown of budget to conduct land acquisition and permit\nProficiency in communication and relationship management with local stakeholders (land owners, government admins, and local vendors)\nProficiency in the use of government-owned tools for land variable vetting (zones, ownership, etc) and permit applications\nProficiency in developing and creating Terms of References (TORs) with in regards to land acquisition and permits\nUnderstanding in land and permit technical variables that affect engineering design and constructability\nProficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal\n What We Can Offer\nA competitive and attractive remuneration package.\nWide Company Group Medical Insurance Coverage.\nDynamic and diverse work environment with colleagues from around the world.\nA truly international exposure.\nAn open-minded and highly motivated team.\nInteresting and challenging tasks.\nEncourage both teamwork and personal responsibility\nGreat opportunities for professional and personal growth.\nWe know that no candidate ticks every box.
