Help Us Protect Them.\nEach time someone logs into an app, opens a company system or approves a payment, a quiet question gets answered in the background: Who are you, and what are you allowed to do? That is IAM. It decides who gets access to what, when and why, and it protects companies from data breaches, fraud and chaos. IAM sits at the heart of cybersecurity, and demand for specialists is growing much faster than the supply. That is where you come in.\n\nWho We Are?\niC Consult is the world’s largest independent consultancy specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM). For close to 30 years, we have helped global enterprises protect their data, systems and people by making sure the right users get the right access at the right time. Our teams across Europe, North America and Asia work with major international brands and the most advanced IAM technologies on the market. In Bulgaria, we are a friendly, international team that keeps growing, and we’d love for you to grow with us.\n\nWhat Is the Accelerator Program?\nOur Accelerator is your fast track into IAM consulting. You don’t need prior IAM experience. We bring the expertise, you bring the curiosity.\n\nHere is how it works:\n\nYou join us in a permanent, full-time position at iC Consult Bulgaria from day one. \n\nYou get trained for several months. Based on your background and strengths, we match you with one of those market-leading technologies: One Identity Manager, Ping , Saviynt, SailPoint or Idira (formerly known as CyberArk). \n\nYou go live. After the training, you join real client projects as a Technical IAM Consultant, with experienced colleagues behind you. \n\nThe training includes: \n\nАn Identity & Access Management Bootcamp \n\nHands-on training modules and workshops in the chosen technology \n\nReal-world tasks in our own demo environments \n\nSoft skills training to help you feel confident in front of clients \n\nMentoring for our own veterans with real world experience in executing and leading IAM projects\n\nStart date: February 2027\n\nLocation: Fully remote anywhere in Bulgaria, or hybrid from our offices in Sofia or Plovdiv. The choice is yours.\n\nWhat You’ll Do After the Program:\n\nSupport our clients through their IAM projects, from understanding and defining their requirements to drafting the architecture and then following through the full implementation. \n\nBuild and integrate modern identity solutions, including identity lifecycle management, secure APIs and seamless system integrations. \n\nWork on international projects with global brands and market-leading technologies. \n\nKeep growing. IAM changes constantly, and so will your skill set. \n\nWhat You Bring:\n\nA degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics or a related field, or a comparable technical background. \n\nFirst programming experience in at least one of these: Java, JavaScript, .NET/C#, SQL or similar. Experience with frontend development frameworks like Angular or React is a plus. \n\nExperience with Entra ID, Active Directory, HR systems or similar is a plus, especially if you already know how user accounts and access rights are managed. \n\nA real interest in IT security and new technologies. \n\nA proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership. You get involved, take initiative and see things through. \n\nFluent English, both written and spoken. \n\nGerman is a great plus. It isn’t required, but it will open even more doors for you. \n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n25 days of vacation as well as a flextime model and the option to work from your home office, promoting your life balance \n\nHigh-quality equipment of your choice including company mobile phone – whether Apple or Windows, you decide which top equipment you prefer to work with \n\niC Consult University – our comprehensive onboarding program accompanies you on your path with training modules, mentoring programs and events and a 3-day onsite bootcamp for your new start with us, in which you will be trained around representing iC Consult and IAM \n\nThrough our iC Consult Academy you have access to internal and external trainings tailored to your needs – 10 days a year are dedicated to your personal and professional development \n\nFurther Benefit like a personal coach, language trainings platforms, health insurance, MultiSport Card for free and food vouchers \n\nRegular team and company events in a relaxed atmosphere to strengthen the corporate climate \n\nA workplace with flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, and a high degree of personal responsibility, providing substantial decision-making freedom \n\nApply now and become part of our team!\n\nIf you have any questions, we’re always here for you and look forward to getting in touch.
