This role involves designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, including automation, performance, and security testing, while leveraging KPI monitoring and industry-standard tools like JMeter and Postman.\nKey Responsibilities\nTest Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement robust QA strategies, creating detailed test plans and test cases to ensure thorough coverage of system requirements.\nKPI Monitoring: Implement and monitor key performance indicators to measure system stability, responsiveness, and efficiency.\nAPI Testing with Postman: Design and execute API test scenarios to validate endpoints, data accuracy, and performance.\nPerformance Testing with JMeter: Conduct load, stress, and performance testing to ensure the system meets scalability and reliability benchmarks.\nSecurity Testing: Perform advanced security testing, including SQL Injection and other vulnerability assessments, to safeguard system integrity and compliance.\nAutomation Framework Development: Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar technologies.\nDefect Tracking & Reporting: Identify, document, and track issues using JIRA, collaborating closely with developers and product teams to resolve them efficiently.\nRegression Testing: Execute regression testing to ensure new releases do not disrupt existing functionalities.\nCollaboration: Partner with cross-functional Agile teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies, and drive initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation, performance, and security testing.\nHands-on experience with Postman for API testing and JMeter for performance testing.\nKnowledge of security testing techniques, including SQL Injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), and other vulnerability assessments.\nProficiency with tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.\nStrong understanding of scripting languages such as Python,JavaScript, or C#.\nKPIs: Experience in defining and tracking key performance indicators to measure system health and performance.\nProven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nPreferred Skills\nISTQB or similar QA certification.\nExperience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nKnowledge of financial regulations and compliance
