Responsibilities\nPrepare monthly and annual financial statements.\nManage general ledger accounts and ensure accurate accounting entries and account reconciliation\nPerform monthly and year-end closing activities.\nReview supplier invoices and ensure accurate posting\nPrepare weekly bank reconciliations\nReconcile intercompany balances and resolve discrepancies promptly • Ensure compliance with applicable IFRS or other relevant accounting standards.\nAssist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.\nAnalyze actual financial performance against budgets.\nPrepare management reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial summaries.\nEnsure timely preparation and submission of applicable tax returns.\nSupport compliance with local tax laws, VAT requirements, and corporate tax regulations, where applicable.\nLiaise with the auditor and ensure statutory filing and compliance\nEnsure compliance with financial regulations and company policies\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA / ACCA / CMA preferred)\nMinimum 5+ years of relevant accounting experience\nExperience working with regulated brokers CFD/Forex space is a plus\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles and standards\nExposure to tax preparation and statutory compliance\nProficiency in accounting software (Xero or similar)\nAdvanced
