issues.\nOptimise website architecture, internal linking, URL structures, redirects, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags.\nMonitor Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, structured data, and overall website health.\nWork closely with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations and ensure SEO best practices are followed during website updates.\nPerform keyword research to identify content opportunities and support organic growth across global markets.\nOptimise on-page SEO elements including metadata, headings, schema markup, image optimisation, and internal linking.\nMonitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, crawl errors, and search performance using industry-leading SEO tools.\nDevelop and execute white-hat link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings.\nIdentify and build relationships with relevant publishers, affiliates, and industry websites to secure high-quality backlinks.\nConduct backlink audits and monitor website authority, referring domains, and competitor backlink profiles.\nCollaborate with content, product, and regional marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into new content and campaigns.\nPrepare regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.\nStay up to date with search engine algorithm updates, emerging SEO trends, and industry best practices.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n2-4 years' experience in an SEO role, preferably within financial services, technology, SaaS, or agency environments.\nStrong understanding of technical SEO, search engine crawling, indexing, and website architecture.\nExperience conducting technical SEO audits and implementing recommendations.\nHands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or similar platforms.\nExperience with link-building, digital PR, outreach campaigns, and backlink analysis.\nUnderstanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and their impact on SEO (coding experience is advantageous but not essential).\nFamiliarity with schema markup, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and page speed optimisation.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret SEO performance data and provide actionable recommendations.\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nStrong communication skills and experience collaborating with developers, designers, and content
