As an agile company that values growth and collaboration, we offer an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic industry where innovation meets excellence.\nWhat You'll Do:\nWe are seeking a Solution Architect to help drive the evolution and modernization of our core technology platforms.\nThe role will focus on strengthening the architecture of our ecosystem, addressing challenges related to legacy systems, monolithic applications, integrations, identity management, and system scalability.\nThe Solution Architect will work closely with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, Product teams, Cloud teams, and Security teams to ensure our systems evolve toward modern, scalable, and secure architectural patterns.\nKey focus areas include:\nModernizing legacy applications and monolithic systems\nDesigning robust API architectures between internal platforms\nIntroducing identity and access management frameworks\nSupporting technology stack improvements for new product initiatives\nEnsuring long-term system scalability, reliability, and maintainability\nWhat We're Looking For:\nDefine and maintain the technical architecture vision across core platforms including Client Area, CRM (Back Office & Salesforce), Websites, Trading Platforms, and internal services.\nLead the modernization of legacy systems, supporting the gradual transition from monolithic architectures to modular or service-based systems.\nDesign and define API architecture standards to improve integration between internal systems and external services.\nIntroduce and guide implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture for secure authentication, authorization, and user management.\nSupport the selection of modern and scalable technology stacks, frameworks, and integration approaches.\nCollaborate with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads to review solution designs and ensure alignment with architectural standards.\nProvide guidance on microservices architecture, event-driven design, and system decoupling where appropriate.\nIdentify and address technical debt and architectural risks, proposing structured modernization initiatives.\nSupport the design and implementation of new system integrations and internal services.\nWork closely with Cloud, Security, and DevOps teams to ensure architecture decisions align with infrastructure and security best practices.\nParticipate in early-stage discussions for new initiatives to assess technical feasibility, system impact, and architecture considerations.\nProvide technical mentorship and architectural guidance to engineering teams.\nMaintain architecture documentation, system diagrams, and technical standards for internal teams.\nPromote engineering best practices, system resilience, and long-term sustainability across squads.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field\n10+ years of experience in software development and system architecture\n7+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies\n2+ years of experience working as a Solution Architect or in a similar architectural role\nStrong knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF\nProven experience working with large-scale systems, integrations, and distributed architectures\nStrong experience modernizing legacy systems or monolithic platforms.\nHands-on experience designing API architectures and integration patterns.\nKnowledge of Identity and Access Management frameworks (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SSO, RBAC).\nExperience with microservices, service-oriented architectures, or event-driven systems.\nUnderstanding of cloud-based architectures and modern infrastructure practices.\nExperience collaborating across multiple engineering squads and cross-functional teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical environments.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.\nExperience producing architecture documentation and technical design standards.\nWorking Schedule:\nMonday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:00 (Hybrid Model; 3 days from the office, 2 days from home)\nWhy Join Us?
