This individual will be the first point of contact for financial advisors who are not yet active on the iCapital alternative investment platform. This is a high-volume, metric-driven inside sales role designed for professionals who thrive in a structured calling environment and are passionate about alternative investments and the wealth management industry.\nResponsibilities\nIntroduce advisors to iCapital, secure platform registrations, build detailed advisor profiles, log all activity in the CRM, and nurture each relationship until the advisor completes their first trade.\nExecute 75+ outbound calls per day targeting financial advisors not currently trading on the iCapital platform.\nWork from prioritized prospect lists segmented by AUM, firm type, and alternative investment affinity.\nDeliver a compelling, concise platform introduction tailored to each advisor's practice.\nGuide financial advisors through the iCapital platform registration process from first call to completion.\nConduct structured discovery calls to build rich advisor profiles including AUM, client demographics, alternative investment experience, product preferences, and compliance constraints.\nOvercome objections with a consultative, education-first approach.\nIdentify each advisor's readiness level and tailor follow-up cadence accordingly.\nCoordinate with internal product specialists to deliver education, webinars, and content that accelerates advisor readiness.\nDrive advisors through the funnel to first trade, tracking and reporting conversion progress weekly.\nLog all call activity, contact details, advisor profiles, and next steps in the CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) in real time.\nMaintain accurate and complete records for every advisor in your territory.\nFlag high-potential advisors for escalation to Senior Relationship Managers.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field\n2 - 5 years of outbound sales, inside sales, or financial services experience; experience in wealth management or investment platforms is strongly preferred\nAble to manage high call volumes in a structured sales environment\nFINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required\nStrong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage sophisticated financial professionals confidently\nProficiency with CRM tools, Salesforce preferred, and commitment to rigorous data entry\nSelf-motivated with strong time management skills and a metric-oriented mindset\nKnowledge of alternative investments\nExperience selling into or supporting RIAs, wirehouses, or independent broker-dealers\nExperience with outbound sequencing tools such as Outreach\nBenefits\nThe base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
