The ideal candidate will combine solid business analysis skills with hands-on UiPath development experience to identify, design, build, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that drive operational efficiency across the organization. \nResponsibilities \nEngage with business stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize automation opportunities.\nConduct process discovery workshops and prepare detailed Process Definition Documents (PDDs).\nPerform AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping; calculate ROI and feasibility for automation candidates.\nTranslate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications for development.\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using UiPath Studio (REFramework preferred).\nBuild attended and unattended automation bots using UiPath Orchestrator for scheduling and monitoring.\nIntegrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, and legacy applications.\nConduct unit testing, UAT support, and defect resolution throughout the development lifecycle.\nMaintain and enhance existing automations to address process changes or system upgrades.\nMaintain comprehensive technical documentation including Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and runbooks. \nAdhere to CoE standards, coding conventions, and change management procedures.\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development best practices.\nQualifications \nBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field\n3+ years of hands-on experience in business process analysis or RPA development\nProficiency in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Assistant\nExperience developing automation using REFramework and exception-handling best practices\nSolid understanding of process analysis methodologies (BPMN, swimlane diagrams, value stream mapping)\nFamiliar with at least one enterprise platform (SAP, Salesforce or ServiceNow)\nWorking knowledge of SQL, Excel automation, and API and web service integrations.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills\nUiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiAR) or UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)\nExperience with AI/ML capabilities in UiPath (Document Understanding, AI Fabric, Action Center)\nExposure to process mining tools such as UiPath Process Mining or Celonis\nAgile and Scrum project experience, CBAP or PMI-PBA certification is a plus\nProblem solving and analytical thinking\nCommunication and stakeholder management\nAttention to detail\nTeam collaboration\nAdaptability and learning agility\nUiPath automation tools\nAWS cloud services\nPython, VB.NET/C#, API integrations\nSQL databases\nGit, Docker, JIRA, Confluence\nREST/SOAP services and Postman\nMicrosoft Power Platform\nProcess Mining (UiPath/Celonis) \nBenefits \nThe base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
