This role will support the accounting, financial close, tax, treasury, statutory reporting, and audit processes for multiple international entities across EMEA and APAC. The Associate will work closely with internal finance teams, local accounting providers, external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders to help ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and timely delivery of key finance priorities.\nResponsibilities\nInternational Accounting and Financial Close\nSupport the accounting and financial reporting processes for multiple international legal entities across EMEA and APAC.\nCoordinate with local accounting firms and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.\nPrepare and review journal entries, accruals, prepayments, intercompany transactions, and account reconciliations.\nReview trial balances and general ledger activity to ensure accuracy and completeness.\nAssist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting packages.\nEnsure accounting records comply with company policies and applicable accounting standards.\nCoordinate with external tax advisors and local accounting providers regarding corporate income tax, VAT/GST, and other local tax compliance requirements.\nAssist with the preparation and review of tax filings and tax-related supporting schedules and support tax audits across multiple jurisdictions.\nMonitor compliance deadlines and maintain appropriate supporting documentation.\nAudit and Statutory Reporting\nAssist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and audit support documentation.\nPrepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting analyses.\nCoordinate information requests between auditors, local accounting providers, and internal teams.\nTreasury and Cash Management\nPerform bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding reconciling items.\nMonitor cash positions across international entities.\nProcess payments, intercompany funding transactions, and other treasury-related activities.\nProcess Improvement and Controls\nIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.\nSupport automation initiatives and finance transformation projects.\nAssist in maintaining a strong internal control environment across international operations.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n+5 years of accounting, audit, or financial reporting experience.\nPrevious experience in a Big Four accounting firm strongly preferred.\nExperience working with multinational entities or international accounting environments is highly desirable.\nStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.\nExposure to corporate tax compliance and audit processes preferred.\nExperience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is an advantage.\nAdvanced Excel skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nProactive, team-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced international environment.\nWe believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together.
