The ideal candidate combines these capabilities with a passion for learning and growth, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. \nResponsibilities \nAs an Assistant Vice President / Vice President - Platform Solutions, you will support multiple projects and tasks, focusing on technical implementation and client delivery. These tasks may include: \nData Integration & Data Analysis: \nWork with complex data models and large datasets to support client integration and reporting needs. \nAcquire, manipulate, and analyze data using tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, or other comparable tools. \nValidate and transform data from multiple sources (including CSV flat files) to ensure accuracy and completeness. \nDefine and implement basic ETL pipelines, leveraging AWS services where applicable. \nGenerate client custom reports based on aggregated data and business requirements. \nManaging technical implementation and configurations to ensure timely launches: \nGather and translate business and functional requirements into platform configurations to answer client needs. \nLead platform configurations to achieve client business outcomes and Target Operating Models. \nManage SSO, SFTP and ETL setups, ensuring secure and efficient data transfer. \nDefining and supporting client workflows and use cases: \nGuide clients in workflow design and process definition. \nSupport test case definition and manage execution for successful client onboarding. \nDeveloping deep platform expertise and driving continuous improvement: \nLearn and support all interfaces on the iCapital platform. \nProactively identify issues and areas for improvement from a business to technical view. \nCollaborating with senior management to engage new opportunities and strategic initiatives. \nQualifications \nAcademic and/or professional qualification in Data Analytics / Business / Finance or related fields \nHolding a Master's degree is mandatory; MBA is a plus \n6+ years of work experience in business integration and technology implementationprojects \nProficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large data sets \nFamiliarity with AWS services and basic ETL pipeline design \nExperience with data modeling and understanding relational database structures \nExperience in analyzing system workflows and business process flow is a plus \nProven ability to manage fast-paced projects and different client stakeholders with attention to detail \nStrong work ethic and a high degree of accountability \nAbility to quickly learn new business operations, processes, and procedures \nDemonstrate initiative, passion, willingness to roll up one's sleeves, get the job done, and a desire to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment \nExceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese are a must.
