This individual will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the data governance program, including ensuring teams are completing data requirements and maintaining data accuracy across critical systems. \nResponsibilities\nWork alongside colleagues across a variety of functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of critical data elements within the Fund's Global Data Master (GDM).\nSupport day-to-day data governance program operations, including tracking and following up with teams to ensure data requirements are completed on time and accurately.\nMonitor data quality across systems, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or missing information and coordinating resolution with relevant stakeholders.\nAssist in the creation and maintenance of business rules to monitor quality of master data. \nIdentify data cleansing opportunities and work with stakeholders to implement.\nLiaise with key stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness for relevant data points entered into GDM.\nCollaborate with team members to achieve the team's goals.\nQualifications\n2+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry or a related role \nDegree in finance, data management, or a related field is preferred \nPrevious experience in a master data management role is a plus \nAble to manage workload independently within a predetermined timeline and communicate quickly when an extension may be required \nSolid verbal and written communication skills\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple workstreams and follow up with stakeholders to drive completion \nCritical attention to detail when reviewing and validating data \nExperience with SQL is a plus \nKnowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite\nBenefits\nThe base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
