The IAS business line is a rapidly growing platform of registered evergreen funds. \nResponsibilities\nSupport the management and maintenance of product-related data, reporting, and marketing content across multiple investment products and distribution channels.\nPartner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to develop and implement workflow optimization tools and AI-driven capabilities.\nIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, artificial intelligence, and technology-enabled solutions.\nConduct market, industry, and competitor research to support product strategy, positioning, and business development initiatives.\nDevelop dashboards, analyses, and reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for product, investment, and sales teams.\nSupport ongoing product monitoring and operational activities, including portfolio reporting, regulatory and tax-related oversight, and investor activity tracking.\nCoordinate with external partners, service providers, and sub-advisers to facilitate information sharing and marketing initiatives.\nAssist with due diligence requests, RFPs, questionnaires, and onboarding documentation for platforms and distribution partners.\nContribute to ad hoc analyses, strategic projects, and special initiatives as business needs evolve.\nDocument key meetings, track action items, and support follow-up activities to ensure timely execution of projects and initiatives. \nQualifications\n1-5 years of relevant experience in financial services (i.e. private equity, investment banking, capital markets, transaction advisory services, investment consulting, portfolio analytics, etc.) \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills \nDemonstrates a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail\nAble to problem-solve and make logical business recommendations in a fast-paced environment \nProfessional demeanor with an entrepreneurial attitude and a strong sense of ownership \nExhibits a positive, growth-oriented mindset and takes on new challenges and responsibilities, consistently contributing beyond core responsibilities\nBenefits\nAnalyst\nThe compensation range for this role at the Analyst level is $60,000 to $70,000 annually. This position is paid on an hourly basis and is classified as non-exempt. Employees in this role are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law.\nAssociate\nThe base salary range for this role at the Associate level is $75,000 to $90,000 annually. This position is salaried and classified as exempt.\nBoth Levels\niCapital offers a compensation package that includes equity for all full-time employees and an annual performance bonus.
