This position is responsible for managing many smaller projects and change requests at all project stage such as planning, design, execution, and delivery.\nResponsibilities\nStaff projects appropriately to support successful delivery.\nMaintain project tracking systems accurately and keep clients informed of progress.\nDeliver projects on time and within budget.\nManage project schedules, timelines, and deliverable tracking tools.\nCoordinate project meetings and ensure action items are completed on schedule.\nIdentify and escalate project risks, issues, and resource constraints.\nPrepare and distribute project status reports and stakeholder communications.\nMaintain accurate and complete project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.\nSupport client onboarding, implementation, and change request activities.\nFacilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve project objectives and maintain client satisfaction.\nQualifications\n1-3 years of software development project management experience\nStrong knowledge of MS Office Products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerBI, and Visio\nAble to manage a large number of small projects\nAble to negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills \nStrong relationship management and customer service skills \nExcellent problem solving and organizational skills\nStrong multi-tasking skills\nExperience with SaaS and software development projects\nExperience with Life Insurance and/or Annuities is a nice to have\nBenefits\nThe base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000. iCapital offers a compensation package that includes equity for all full-time employees and an annual performance bonus.
