The role plays a critical part in strengthening quality practices, reducing risk, and enabling predictable, high-quality releases.\nThis position also focuses on building team capability, mentoring QA engineers, and driving innovation through automation, AI-driven testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nDeliverables and Performance Measures\nDefine and execute end-to-end QA strategy aligned with product, business, and customer requirements\nLead test planning, execution, regression cycles, and defect triage across projects and releases\nEnsure validation of complex, end-to-end business workflows including underwriting, policy servicing, and rule-based calculations\nDrive risk-based testing approaches to prioritize critical functionalities and reduce production defects\nEstablish and enforce QA standards, frameworks, and best practices across teams\nMonitor and analyze quality metrics such as defect leakage, test coverage, and execution efficiency\nLead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to improve product quality\nProvide technical oversight for test automation across UI, API, and integration layers\nDrive automation-first strategy, increasing coverage and reducing manual effort\nIntegrate QA processes with CI/CD pipelines to enable faster and more reliable release cycles\nCollaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure environment readiness, data setup, and release validation\nAct as a subject matter expert (SME) for system architecture, integrations, and configuration-driven implementations\nPresent quality metrics, release readiness status, and risk assessments to stakeholders\nMentor and develop QA team members, improving technical and domain capabilities\nFoster cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between QA, Development, Product, and Client Delivery\nDrive adoption of AI-driven testing practices, including intelligent automation and efficient regression strategies\nWhat Will Make You Successful\n5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering roles\nStrong experience in leading QA teams and managing end-to-end quality delivery\nDeep expertise in QA methodologies, test strategy, and automation frameworks\nStrong domain knowledge in Life Insurance and Annuities\nExperience with tools such as Selenium, Katalon, Jira, TestRail, Jenkins, and API testing tools\nHands-on experience integrating QA with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices\nStrong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and complex workflows\nExperience in risk-based testing, defect management, and root cause analysis\nProven ability to analyze quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nDemonstrated ability to mentor and develop high-performing QA teams\nExperience leveraging AI tools for testing, automation, and productivity improvements is a plus\nHigh ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment\nWhere We See This Role Going: \nWe are committed to being a driving force in the innovation of the insurance market and that means that we help our employees stay on top of current trends and technologies, and progress within our company.
