This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, bringing best-in-class program management practices to large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. The team operates in an internal consulting capacity, driving clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution across multi-team programs. This individual will engage across a diverse portfolio including greenfield software development, enterprise vendor implementations, cloud and infrastructure initiatives, data and analytics and machine learning efforts, and broader technology innovation programs.\nAs iCapital continues to scale, the company is increasingly leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance engineering productivity and program transparency. This role requires comfort operating in an AI-augmented environment, identifying opportunities to use emerging technologies to improve planning, reporting, decision-making, and cross-team coordination. This is a leadership and execution role focused on orchestration, visibility, and delivery excellence; it does not involve hands-on coding or testing.\n\nResponsibilities\nLead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs spanning multiple engineering teams.\nPartner with the Engineering teams to define scope, roadmap, milestones, and measurable outcomes.\nEstablish clear governance, reporting, and risk management practices to ensure transparency and accountability.\nCommunicate program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders.\nCollaborate with Technology leadership to shape forward-looking strategy and execution frameworks.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery effectiveness across the broader Technology teams.\nBring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving initiatives.\nQualifications\n5-10 years of relevant experience\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or related field preferred\nExperience in at least two of the following: technical program management, financial services industry, or technology or financial services consulting\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies\nFamiliar with relational database concepts and data modeling\nExposure to cloud technologies (i.e. AWS)\nExperience with project management tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, or similar platforms\nAble to influence stakeholders and build consensus across diverse viewpoints\nStrategic thinker who can connect big-picture objectives to detailed execution plans\nComfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills with attention to detail\nStrong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset\nAble to operate effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams\nPMP certification is a plus\nBenefits\nThe base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
