The team operates in an internal consulting capacity, driving clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution across multi-team programs.\nYou will engage across a diverse portfolio including greenfield software development, enterprise vendor implementations, cloud and infrastructure initiatives, data & analytics and machine learning efforts, and broader technology innovation programs.\nAs iCapital continues to scale, we are increasingly leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance engineering productivity and program transparency. This role requires comfort operating in an AI-augmented environment - identifying opportunities to use emerging technologies to improve planning, reporting, decision-making, and cross-team coordination.\nThis is a leadership and execution role focused on orchestration, visibility, and delivery excellence - it does not involve hands-on coding or testing.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs spanning multiple engineering teams\nPartner with Engineering to define scope, roadmap, milestones, and measurable outcomes\nEstablish clear governance, reporting, and risk management practices to ensure transparency and accountability\nCommunicate program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders\nCollaborate with Technology leadership to shape forward-looking strategy and execution frameworks\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery effectiveness across the broader Technology organization\nBring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving initiatives\nQualifications\n4-6 years of relevant experience\nExperience in at least two of the following:Technical Program Management\nFinancial services industry\nTechnology or financial services consulting\n\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies\nFamiliarity with relational database concepts and data modeling\nExposure to cloud technologies (e.g., AWS)\nExperience with project management tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, or similar platforms\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred\nPMP certification a plus\nCore Competencies\nAbility to influence stakeholders and build consensus across diverse viewpoints\nStrategic thinker who can connect big-picture objectives to detailed execution plans\nComfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity\nExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail\nStrong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to operate effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams\nWe believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together.
