You will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end automation that drives operational efficiency.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy UiPath RPA workflows and automation solutions across attended and unattended processes.\nWrite clean, efficient Python scripts and custom UiPath activities to extend automation capabilities and integrate with external systems.\nAnalyze, debug, and optimize existing UiPath workflows and Python-based automation components to improve reliability and performance.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather process requirements, conduct feasibility assessments, and translate manual workflows into automated solutions using UiPath Studio.\nBuild and maintain Python-based integrations with REST APIs, web services, and data pipelines that complement UiPath automation workflows.\nDevelop and maintain test frameworks using UiPath Test Suite and Python (pytest) to ensure automation reliability and quality across deployments.\nManage and monitor robots via UiPath Orchestrator, including scheduling, queue management, alert configuration, and performance reporting.\nMaintain version control of UiPath projects and Python code using Git, and support CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of RPA solutions.\nLeverage Python for web scraping, data transformation, and pre/post-processing tasks that feed into or extend UiPath automation pipelines.\nInteract with AWS services (S3, Lambda) and other cloud infrastructure to support scalable, cloud-based RPA deployments.\nStay updated with emerging technologies and contribute ideas for improvements. \nQualifications\n Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nExperience: 3+ years of UiPath RPA development experience, with at least 2 years of strong Python programming skills.\n Technical Skills:\nStrong proficiency in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Test Suite; UiPath RPA Developer certification preferred.\nAdvanced Python skills including scripting, automation, data manipulation (pandas, NumPy), and API integration.\nExperience with web scraping tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium) for browser automation and integration with UiPath workflows.\nBasic knowledge of SQL and database concepts (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).\nExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git).\nUnderstanding of REST APIs and JSON.\nFamiliarity with AWS services, especially Lambda functions and S3 buckets.\nExperience building custom UiPath activities or integrations using Python or .NET to extend native UiPath capabilities.\nFamiliarity with Linux/Unix environments.\nSoft Skills:\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nGood communication skills and a willingness to learn.\nAttention to detail and commitment to quality.\nPreferred Skills:\nUiPath Advanced RPA Developer or Solution Architect certification.\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and scaling RPA infrastructure.\nFamiliarity with process mining or task capture tools (e.g., UiPath Process Mining, Task Capture) for identifying automation opportunities.\nExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and automation CoE (Center of Excellence) governance practices.\nKnowledge of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for automated RPA deployment pipelines.\nWe believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together.
