You will act as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution. You will manage the development team (Mobile, Front-end, Back-end), oversee database integrity, translate business requirements into technical specs, and ensure timely, high-quality releases. Goal: To streamline our development process, launch our new Flutter mobile app, and drive features that increase parent engagement and nursery sales. \n\nKey Responsibilities \n1. Product Planning & Analysis: o Receive business requirements from partners. \nConvert requirements into technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and time/cost estimates. \n\nPrioritize the product backlog based on business value (ROI) and technical debt. \n\n2. Team Management: \nManage 2 Full-Stack Developers and 1 Mobile Developer (Flutter). \n\nConduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. \n\nUnblock developers and ensure code quality standards are met.\n\n3. Technical Oversight: \nOversee database structure, performance, and security best practices. \n\nManage the migration from Native Mobile Apps to Flutter. \n\nCoordinate with the Infrastructure Lead for server deployments and SSL/Security compliance. \n\n4.
