The successful candidate will be responsible for PLC programming, machine troubleshooting, technical support, and coordination of basic electrical installation and maintenance works.\nThe candidate should be practical, willing to work on-site when required, and able to work independently as well as coordinate with engineers, electricians, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.\n\n1. PLC Programming & Automation\nDevelop, modify, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs.\nPerform PLC and HMI programming, modification, and system configuration.\nDiagnose and resolve automation and machine control issues.\nAssist with machine installation, testing, commissioning, and upgrading.\nMaintain PLC program backups and relevant technical documentation.\n2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting\nProvide technical support to customers and internal teams.\nTroubleshoot machine faults involving PLCs, sensors, relays, contactors, motors, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).\nAttend on-site service calls when required.\nIdentify root causes of technical issues and recommend corrective actions.\nPrepare service reports and follow up on outstanding technical issues.\n3. Electrical Work Coordination\nRead and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.\nCoordinate basic electrical installation, panel wiring, cable routing, and modification works.\nLiaise with electricians and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements.\nAssist with electrical inspection, testing, and commissioning.\nMonitor work progress and report technical issues or delays to the project team.\n4.
