The role works closely with Engineering, Service, and Applications.\n Responsibilities\n Responsible for Electro-Mechanical installations, setup and configuration of machines and subsystems. Support of machine testing and commissioning activities both at I-C Automation's facility and at customers locations.\n\nCoordinating and planning for machine systems breakdown, packaging, and re-assembly at final point of deployment.\n\nPerform Stockkeeper functions such as receiving, labeling of incoming purchased material, packing and shipping parts orders, loading of trucks, and other duties as assigned.\n\nProvides technical support to engineers in areas such as production, operations, maintenance, safety, testing, process improvement or product development.\n\nUses schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions or defined plans to perform testing and troubleshooting on electronic or mechanical components, equipment or systems.\n\nPanel build (mounting and wiring)\n\nPrint wire tags, terminal board tags, and panel tags, as required\n\nNameplate engraving preparation\n\nCable assembly (solder and crimp connectors)\n\nCollect and prepare documentation for drawings, instruction, maintenance, and operator’s manuals.\n\nInterpersonal\n Serve as the technical interface with internal team for assigned projects.\n\nSupports an environment conducive to successful team interaction and customer satisfaction.\n\nObtains product and system technical information and keeps up-to-date with current and new technologies.\n\nBusiness\n Builds relationships at the technical and professional level with I-C Automation’s customers and vendors.\n\nTechnical execution of projects.\n\nResponsible for meeting project schedules, hour budgets and customer satisfaction targets for own activities in support of the project team.\n\n Skills and Qualifications\n Vocational Training and 3+ years experience required; or GED with 5+ years in related field. (but does not require a university degree).\n\nMust be able to perform good mechanical and electrical assembly.
