Work collaboratively with CD team on event planning, execution, and fulfillment of events.\nRequired Qualifications:\nAbility to work weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled\nAbility to follow policies, procedures, and regulations\nProblem solving and decision-making skills\nHandle daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of department activities\nSetup, take down, and work events to facilitate their success \nUpdate spreadsheets, databases, and inventories\nAssist in scheduling and coordinating events and supplies\nCompleting general tasks from PR director or CD manager\nDesired Qualifications:\nDetail oriented and organized\nEffective written and verbal communication skills\nMust be able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines\nAbility to problem solve independently and in a team environment \nPosition Specific Additional Physical Requirements:\nLifting 70-80 pounds (items include money machine, coolers, tables, and other miscellaneous equipment).\nExtensive local travel, this is a driving position and a company vehicle is provided.\nAdequate auto insurance for driving while conducting company business.\nMaintain a valid driver’s license.\nPhysical Requirements:\nPerform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.).\nSit for extended periods of time.\nLift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, cash drawers, marketing material, etc.\nRepetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers.\nReach keyboards.\nAbility to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).\nThe above statements reflect the general details considered necessary to describe the essential functions of the job and should not be construed as a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be inherent of the job.\nMust be eligible for membership at ICCU to obtain employment.\nICCU is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
