This experience will include exposure and adherence to IT policies and practical application of both front-end and back-end development technologies.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nAssist with various full-stack development projects and tasks to gain understanding of how technology is implemented and used within the organization.\nAssist in a wide variety of team projects, participate in team meetings, and gain experience working in a professional corporate environment.\nGain hands-on practical experience in both front-end and back-end development roles and responsibilities, providing support to deliver appropriate solutions.\nLearn and develop essential full-stack development skills around troubleshooting and proper communication to provide daily issue resolution as reported by end users.\nAssist in team projects and assigned tasks including critical daily process validations, audit reviews, and researching system issues.\nParticipate in testing system updates and bug fixes. Identify defects/bugs, document testing results, and communicate findings to manager.\nPerform special projects as determined by the information technology staff.\nGain and refine interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with co-workers, department heads, and various levels of management.\nDevelop and refine planning, organizational, and time management skills.\nGain hands-on experience working in a team-based environment.\nParticipate in weekly meetings with the IT team to discuss projects and issues to be resolved.\nGain experience working under general supervision.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nAttending accredited college or university working towards an IT degree with a focus on software development or a related field.\nEnergetic, organized, and passionate about technology with the desire to build a career in full-stack software development.\nHighly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team-based environment.\nAbility to dedicate 15-20 hours per week to this intern program.\nAbility to always maintain the confidentiality of the Credit Union and member records.\nPerformance Standard:\nHigh level of professionalism with a demonstrated ability to work well with others.\nQuick learner, motivated individual with natural analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.\nPhysical Requirements:\nPerform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.).\nSit for extended periods of time.\nLift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, cash drawers, marketing material, etc.\nRepetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers.\nReach keyboards.\nAbility to operate basic office machines
