Responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, and developing team members, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, verifying goals and SLAs are met, and supporting seamless collaboration across sales and other teams, and leadership.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nOversee daily priorities and workflows for the assigned processing team to meet efficiency targets and service level agreements (SLAs)\nConduct regular one-on-one meetings focused on performance, goal tracking, and career development\nReassign workloads and provide coverage during team member absences\nProcess loan applications when needed to support team capacity\nHire, train, and onboard new Mortgage Loan Processors\nManage weekly timesheets and time-off requests\nDevelop and implement Strength Development Plans; conduct performance reviews and corrective actions as needed\nPrepare monthly reports on team productivity and efficiency\nParticipate in departmental projects, tickets, and testing initiatives\nEnsure high standards of service and file quality within the assigned team\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation while maintaining compliance and quality\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree preferred. Prior lending and leadership experience preferred. Proven ability to coach and develop team members based on talents. Excellent data processing and computer skills, with an eye for detail. An ability to work under pressure and in an organized manner. Excellent communication and people skills.\nPerformance Standard:\nMust take pride in department by processing loans in a timely and efficient manner with a high attention to detail. Must be professional and courteous in manner, with a focus on attendance, quality and quantity of work performed.
