This is a hands-on technical role with direct customer and partner engagement. Approximately 30–40% of your time will be spent in customer-facing activities such as solution discussions, proposals, onboarding, troubleshooting, and cloud security reviews.\nKey responsibilities\nDesign, deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure and services, primarily on AWS and other major cloud platforms.\n\nSupport cloud architecture, networking, compute, storage, IAM, monitoring, backup, and performance optimisation.\n\nAssist customers with cloud onboarding, migration, deployment, configuration, and technical troubleshooting.\n\nSupport the implementation and optimisation of Cloudflare and related edge-network, security, and performance solutions.\n\nPerform cloud security and configuration reviews, identify misconfigurations or risks, and recommend remediation.\n\nPrepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and customer-facing materials.\n\nInvestigate and resolve infrastructure, connectivity, performance, and configuration issues in a structured and timely manner.\n\nLead requirements discovery with customers, understanding business needs, current environment, budget, and compliance requirements before proposing solutions.\n\nDesign and present cloud solution proposals, architecture options, and cost estimates, including client quotations using the AWS Pricing Calculator.\n\nSupport technical evaluations, proof-of-concepts, solution demonstrations, and customer security or infrastructure questionnaires.\n\nAbout you\nWork directly with AWS, Google Cloud, Cloudflare, and other partners for technical clarification or escalation.\n\nProvide post-sales technical support, including issue resolution, escalation management, service reviews, and ongoing optimisation recommendations.\n\nEnsure a smooth handover from pre-sales to implementation and support, keeping scope, documentation, and customer expectations aligned.\n\nCommunicate technical issues
