We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.\nFounded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.\n Your day-to-day responsibilities\nProvide responsive, friendly first-line desktop and hands-on IT support for local and global staff across macOS, Windows, and Linux workstations.\n\nManage local mobile phone subscriptions.\n\nSet up, deploy, and physically maintain laptops, docking stations, monitors, printers, and meeting room AV equipment.\n\nSupport basic day-to-day hardware maintenance, workstation setups, and physical network patching on the manufacturing floor.\n\nAssist with user onboarding and offboarding by imaging laptops and provisioning standard accounts using checklists.\n\nTriage, resolve, and document local support tickets within Jira Service Management, escalating complex network or infrastructure issues to senior specialists.\n\nMaintain accurate local hardware inventory, track asset movement, and help keep site IT documentation up to date.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nMust haves:\n2+ years of practical IT support, desktop support, or service desk experience (or a completed vocational qualification / degree in IT or a related field).\n\nFoundational troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS, with basic comfort or strong curiosity to learn Linux fundamentals.\n\nPractical experience assembling, cabling, and configuring desktop peripherals, monitors, and conference room tech.\n\nBasic understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi connectivity, and physical cable patching).\n\nWorking familiarity with cloud productivity suites such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.\n\nClear verbal and written English and German communication skills with a customer-focused, helpful attitude.\n\nNice to haves:\nInitial exposure to ticketing platforms like Jira Service Management.\n\nBasic understanding of identity and access concepts (such as Okta or Active Directory).\n\nFamiliarity with or curiosity about manufacturing, lab, or cleanroom environments.\n\nBasic knowledge of MDM tools such as Jamf or Omnissa Workspace ONE.\n\nApplication Process\nTA Screen (30 mins)\n\nTechnical Interview with Team (45 - 60 mins)\n\nInterview with Country Manager (45 mins)\n\nWorking at ICEYE\nAt ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible.
