Every component that ends up in a satellite passes through your hands, so your accuracy directly supports our production and our missions.\nHandle daily inbound material flow: receiving, unpacking and putting away incoming goods. Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and paperwork: quantities, condition, part numbers etc. Flag and follow up on any discrepancies or damage.\n\nKeep stock accurate: label and place materials, record transactions in our ERP, and take part in regular cycle counts.\n\nCreate outbound shipments and help prepare shipping documentation.\n\nRaise booking requests towards carriers\n\nCommunicate with different teams across ICEYE.\n\nBe a helpful contact for colleagues, suppliers and freight forwarders on logistics questions.\n\nHelp improve our logistics routines as we grow (inbound, outbound and stock management).\n\nHow will you succeed?\nYou’ll succeed when colleagues trust that what the system says is what’s on the shelf. When materials arrive, they’re checked, booked and available quickly and any issues are raised early and clearly. Over time, you’ll grow from learning our processes to helping shape them.\nThis role is for you if you:\nAre precise and take pride in getting the details right.\n\nLike hands-on work.\n\nYou are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\n\nCommunicate clearly and aren’t afraid to ask questions or raise issues.\n\nAre comfortable learning new IT tools and systems.\n\nAre service minded and enjoy helping others.\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\nNo need for years of experience.
