SUPO, where required)\n\nWhy this role matters:\nThe mission of this role is to manage ICEYE’s key supply chain activities at this location.\nBy owning sourcing and procurement for site-specific activities, onboarding new suppliers, and leading the qualification process alongside quality, regulatory, and legal teams, this role keeps procurement aligned with development milestones, prototyping, and pre-production planning as well as the overall Global Manufacturing strategy of ICEYE.\nWho We Are\nICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.\nYour day-to-day responsibilities\nOversee sourcing and procurement for site-specific activities from both approved and new suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and corporate policies.\n\nIdentify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers as needed to support technical and timeline requirements; lead the supplier qualification process in collaboration with quality, regulatory, and legal teams.\n\nWhen working with international, and local suppliers, you will be responsible for coordinating communications and escalation of issues appropriately, ensuring that the supplier correctly remedies the issue\n\nCoordinate across multiple teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality teams alongside projects, ensuring that procurement and supply chain inputs align with development milestones, prototyping, and pre-production planning.\n\nMonitor supply chain risks, lead times, and resource allocation across the engineering portfolio; proactively resolve conflicts and delays.\n\nDrive best practices in supplier engagement, sourcing documentation, and cost tracking; support continuous improvement of processes and tools.\n\nYour main tool will be our ERP and MES systems as well as other Microsoft Office applications\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nMust haves:\nRelevant studies in Logistics, Procurement, International Business, etc\n\nAt least 2 years of experience in a similar role/industry.\n\nOutstanding computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)\n\nExperience within the aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic fields with working knowledge of compliance frameworks.\n\nStrong project management skills, including managing multiple, simultaneous development projects with tight timelines.\n\nHands-on experience with ERP and MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manufacturo) and project tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project).\n\nFluent spoken and written Greek and English.\n\nNice to haves:\nKnowledge of computerized inventory management systems (particularly Netsuite, IFS 2004, 2010)\n\nApplication Process\nTA Screen\n\nHiring Manager Interview\n\nHome task + task review meeting\n\nFinal Onsite Interview\n\nWorking at ICEYE\nAt ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible.
