SUPO, where required) - must be able to attain Greek Security Clearance\n\nWhy this role matters:\nAs a Mission Program Manager, you’ll deliver a complex Satellite Mission program end-to-end, ensuring customer success, on-time execution, and scalable delivery excellence.\nYou will ensure the full lifecycle of customer missions-from contract execution through delivery-acting as the central orchestrator across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.\nFounded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.\nExpected outcomes\nDeliver assigned Satellite Mission programs on time, within budget, and to agreed performance standards\n\nBuild and maintain trusted, long-term customer relationships, acting as the primary interface throughout program execution and supporting Customer Success Management activities\n\nEstablish and drive clear program plans (scope, milestones, resources, financials) aligned with internal and customer objectives\n\nIdentify, manage, and resolve risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure uninterrupted program delivery\n\nOrchestrate cross-functional execution across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams\n\nSupport the implementation of scalable program management practices that improve delivery reliability and efficiency across Missions\n\nEstablish effective reporting structure and communication channels and mechanisms to ensure timely and accurate information flow among program team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nMust have competences:\nProven experience (5-10 years) managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs involving advanced technology systems (e.g., space, defence, telecom, automotive, IT, or similar)\n\nStrong customer-facing experience, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and navigate complex requirements\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams\n\nExpertise in program planning, execution, and governance (scope, schedule, budget, risk management)\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under uncertainty\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences\n\nFluent Greek (native level) and ability to obtain security clearance\n\nNice to haves:\nExperience working on satellite or similarly complex system programs\n\nExperience with governmental or defense customers\n\nKnowledge of hardware, software, or embedded systems development\n\nExperience in product development environments\n\nExperience in ESA programs\n\nMaster’s degree in business, engineering, or a relevant field\n\nPMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification\n\nApplication Process\nRecruiter Interview\n\nPeer interview\n\nCase Study and Panel interview\n\nInterview with VP Missions\n\nReferences\n\nWorking at ICEYE\nAt ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible.
