You will.\nICEYE's Rotational Product Manager program develops early-career talent into product leaders in the space industry. You don't need product management experience to apply. We're looking for people with an outstanding academic record, ideally in a technical field, and a track record of standing out at work, who are deeply curious and learn fast.\nOver 24 months, you'll work in two product teams on our hardware or software products. In each one, you'll own a product end to end, from understanding the customer's problem to deciding what gets built and shipping it. Your work will shape how our customers use satellite data to make decisions that matter.\nA senior product leader will mentor you through each rotation, and you'll go through the program with a cohort of peers. You'll work closely with engineers, scientists and senior leaders, and you'll travel to meet customers and our local teams, working on some of their toughest problems.\nThis program is fast and demanding, and it will stretch you. It may also be the most rewarding experience of your early career. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.\nFounded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.\nYour day-to-day responsibilities\nOwn the roadmap for a product area in each rotation, and decide what the team builds next and why\n\nTalk to customers, users and internal experts to understand their problems, and turn what you learn into clear requirements\n\nWork with engineers and designers from defining a problem through to shipping and measuring the result\n\nUse data to set priorities and make decisions, and explain the tradeoffs behind them\n\nWork with sales, solutions, operations and other teams to get what you build into customers’ hands\n\nPresent your findings and plans to your team and to product leadership\n\nLearn the technical domain of each team, from satellites and ground systems to the software customers run\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nMust haves:\nAn outstanding academic record, ideally in a technical field such as engineering, computer science or physics\n\nTechnical work experience through internships or a first full-time role, where you stood out\n\nYou can break down a problem, design an analysis and test your assumptions with data\n\nYou learn fast and are comfortable digging into how complex systems work with engineers\n\nYou take ownership and can move a team forward without formal authority\n\nFluent written and spoken English, and happy to travel frequently\n\nNice to haves:\nBusiness exposure, for example an internship or short role in consulting, a startup or a product team\n\nSome exposure to product work, for example as an engineer, analyst or designer working closely with a product team\n\nExperience with SQL, Python or other data tools\n\nInterest in space, defence or other mission-critical industries\n\nApplication Process\nApplications close on 8th November 2026 at 23:59 (Finnish time).
