We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.\nYour day-to-day responsibilities\nDesign board-level electronic systems for satellite radar units and RF boards, focusing on power and control circuits\n\nDevelop microcontroller-based solutions for power management and control functions\n\nTest and validate electronic designs to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with requirements\n\nDocument schematics, PCB layouts, and verification procedures throughout development\n\nTroubleshoot issues across development, manufacturing, and in-orbit operations\n\nCollaborate with RF, mechanical, and software teams to deliver integrated payload systems\n\nLead technical initiatives and contribute system-level insight to identify risks and drive solutions\n\nSupport production and continuous improvement of electronic subsystems\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nMust haves:\n10+ years of experience in electronics engineering delivering industrial-grade hardware products end-to-end\n\nStrong experience designing analog power systems and control electronics for complex hardware\n\nProficiency with PCB design tools such as Altium and best practices for high-reliability designs\n\nSolid understanding of high-speed signal design and integrity\n\nKnowledge of EMI and EMC principles and their application in hardware design\n\nExperience with hands-on testing, debugging, and validation of electronic systems\n\nAbility to lead technically and apply system-level thinking to complex engineering problems\n\nWorking knowledge of Python for analysis, testing, or tooling\n\nNice to haves:\nExperience ensuring power integrity across mixed RF, high-speed, and high-power systems\n\nBackground in aerospace, satellite systems, or defense hardware development\n\nFundamental understanding of RF systems and their integration with electronics\n\nApplication Process\nRecruiter screening\n\nHiring manager interview\n\nTechnical task\n\nTechnical panel interview\n\nFinal interview\n\nWorking at ICEYE\nAt ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible.
