ICF is hiring multiple interns for Operations and Delivery roles. Work can be hybrid from Columbia, MD, with a minimum of two days per week in office; or remote from VA, SC, or GA with occasional opportunities for in person meetings. Pay is expected to be $23 per hour. At this time, relocation and housing assistance is not available for this position.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperations\nAssisting with data collection and data analysis\nCreating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and databases for internal tracking and project management\nSupporting client-facing semi-annual reporting efforts\nAssisting in preparation of internal and client deliverables\nHelping to document processes and develop process improvements and/or automation\nContributing to energy analysis and measure development (skillset dependent)\nDelivery\nSupporting Program Delivery teams with client presentations and relaying key program results both internally and to clients\nDeveloping program opportunities to support client clean energy goals\nReviewing existing program processes to identify areas for efficiency opportunities\nCoordinating and collaborating with program implementation team members as well as other departments such as marketing, IT and customer care\nOngoing communications with participating service providers to collect information and assess opportunities for program improvement (role dependent)\nPreparing and reviewing technical specifications and calculations for energy efficiency measures and projects (skillset dependent)\nIndividuals with a focus-area preference (Operations or Delivery) should note such on their cover letter or resume.
