Interns will contribute to the development of innovative, accurate, timely, and high-quality products and services, typically working on multiple projects with all levels of staff. This role will be hybrid in upstate NY. Pay is expected to be $23 per hour. At this time, relocation and housing assistance is not available for this position.\nKey Responsibilities\nConducting outreach activities throughout Upstate NY such as at energy fairs, festivals, and community events to raise awareness and increase participation in the upstate regional weatherization program\nReporting on outreach activities and impacts\nCollaborating with Program Delivery team to support client clean energy goals\nBasic Qualifications:\nBy start date, a minimum of 30 completed college-level credit hours is required preferably energy or environment, business, economics, engineering or related subject\nMust be able to pass any required background check(s), which may include drug screening\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExcellent quantitative/analytical skills with ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutions\nDemonstrated experience with Microsoft Office\nKnowledge of project management principles\nAbility to prioritize, multi-task, and ability to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent written and oral communications skills\nStrong organizational, time-management, and detail-orientation skills\nExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors\nBot and Third-Party Applications\nPlease note that this application must be submitted directly by the applicant for consideration.
