The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical acumen, program management expertise, and stakeholder collaboration skills.\n Key Responsibilities\nOversee daily operations of residential, commercial, and pilot energy efficiency programs.\nManage program budgets, forecasts, key performance indicators (KPIs), and regulatory deliverables.\nLead cross-functional teams including analysts, engineers, outreach, and marketing personnel.\nCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure program objectives are achieved.\nSupport business development efforts, program launches, transitions, and continuous improvement efforts.\nDesign and execute pilot programs to evaluate innovative technologies and delivery models.\nConduct analyses on cost-effectiveness, energy savings, and market potential.\nMonitor trends in energy efficiency, flexible load management, and distributed energy resources.\nCultivate relationships with clients, manufacturers, and community stakeholders to foster innovation.\nDirect teams responsible for project reviews, incentive processing, and performance reporting.\nDevelop and maintain business workflow documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process automation strategies.\nPresent program performance metrics and insights to internal and external stakeholders.\nCollaborate with IT and reporting teams to prioritize data requests and enhance visualization tools.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Energy, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.\n5+ years of experience in energy efficiency, utility program management, or consulting.\n2+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams and client relationships.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with pilot programs, retail and midstream product strategies, or HVAC and lighting technologies.\nFamiliarity with Technical Reference Manuals (TRMs), Measurement & Verification (M&V) protocols, and regulatory compliance frameworks.\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, CEM, BPI, RESNET, or Six Sigma.\nDemonstrated experience working with underserved communities and engaging diverse stakeholders.\nKnowledge of State Regulatory processes, filings, and protocols relative to energy utilities\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nSkills\nStrategic program planning and execution\nBudget management and financial forecasting\nCross-functional team leadership and collaboration\nClient relationship management and stakeholder engagement\nData analysis and performance reporting\nProcess improvement and workflow optimization\nFamiliarity with energy efficiency technologies and DSM strategies\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nBot and Third-Party Applications\nPlease note that this application must be submitted directly by the applicant for consideration.
