You will contribute to program success through accurate and timely application reviews, continuous process improvements, and client deliverables. \nWhy you will love working here:\nQuality of life: Flexible workplace arrangements, work-life balance \nInvestment in the community: Donation matching, volunteer opportunities \nInvestment in you: Tuition reimbursement, access to professional development resources, 401k matching, Employee Stock Purchase Plan \n And many, many more (Ask your recruiter for more details!) \nWhat you will be doing:\nSupport the implementation of PSE&G’s Income Qualified Home Weatherization program. \nResponsible for the timeliness and accuracy of all program invoices to the client. \nEnsure every customer’s project is processed in compliance with all program calculations, policies and procedures. \nManage a team of Operations Specialists that review program applications. \nMonitor program projects for compliance with developed QA/QC program protocols and processes.\nImplement corrective action required to address customer project deficiencies and work through resolutions with various stakeholders. \nDevelop, update, and maintain program process documentation. \nCommunicate with program subcontractors to provide guidance and continuous improvement to achieve maximum program achievements. \nMaintain effective communication with internal ICF stakeholders and with the client. \nDevelop analysis of monthly program accruals and forecasts for accuracy to maintain or exceed program QPIs/KPIs. \nBecome proficient in ICF program-based support systems, i.e. SLT, SSRS and SnuggPro. Training to be provided.\nWhat we need you to have (minimum qualifications):\nBachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analysis, Environmental Studies, Energy or related discipline (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education). \n3+ years of relevant experience of energy efficiency, utility, data analysis, operations and/or related experience. \nWhat we would like you to have:\nSound business ethics including the protection of proprietary and confidential information. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with demonstrated experience in Excel, including advanced skills. \nExperience with SharePoint Lists, PowerBI, or Power Automate. \nExcellent organizational and time management skills. \nAbility to work under strict deadlines and prioritize tasks. \nAbility to synthesize information, think critically and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. \nAbility to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. \nExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutions. \nAbility to effectively communicate and provide sound decision making to inform senior management. \nBot and Third-Party Applications\nPlease note that this application must be submitted directly by the applicant for consideration.
