The role will provide operational and engineering support for AI services, related Azure infrastructure, and the DevSecOps practices that move AI capabilities into reliable production use.\nYou will work across cloud, application, security, data, and operations teams to configure and monitor AI platform components, support onboarding and access, automate delivery, troubleshoot issues, and maintain compliance evidence. The role requires someone who can connect AI and data needs to practical cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring, and operational support.\nJob Location: Remote\nWhat You Will Do\nProvide operational support for enterprise AI capabilities, including onboarding initiatives and users, configuring approved Azure services, and coordinating access, permissions, and dependencies.\nTranslate AI and application requirements into secure, supportable cloud and infrastructure configurations across Azure environments.\nDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD workflows for AI and platform components using GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, GitLab, or comparable technologies.\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, Azure Resource Manager templates, AWS CloudFormation, or comparable tools.\nImplement logging, monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards using Splunk, Azure Monitor, Databricks logging, AppDynamics, or comparable platforms.\nCoordinate root cause analysis across application, cloud, data, platform, and security teams; document defects, risks, corrective actions, and operational resolutions.\nSupport security and compliance activities, including baseline configuration, vulnerability scanning, ATO documentation, change control, audit coordination, and remediation tracking.\nEvaluate emerging AI, cloud, and DevSecOps technologies through proof-of-concept environments and provide technically grounded recommendations.\nSupport high availability, disaster recovery, backup, recovery, and continuity practices for AI and supporting infrastructure.\nParticipate in Agile planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives; maintain architecture diagrams, runbooks, technical specifications, and governance documentation.\nWhat You Will Bring With You\n3+ years of professional experience supporting data and AI technologies, including operational support for cloud-based AI or analytics capabilities.\nExperience supporting CI/CD pipelines and Agile work management using GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or comparable tools.\nExperience implementing infrastructure as code using Terraform, Azure Resource Manager templates, AWS CloudFormation, or comparable technologies.\nHands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure, including resource configuration, identity and access, networking, storage, monitoring, and service integration.\nExperience with DevSecOps, cloud security, compliance governance, vulnerability remediation, and production troubleshooting in enterprise or federal environments.\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nU.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.\nMust be able to satisfy FDIC personnel eligibility and background-investigation requirements\nCandidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.\nWhat We Would Like You To Bring With You\nExperience supporting Azure AI services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Synapse, or related services.\nExperience with AI or machine learning environments involving Python, NLP, model serving, inference, or data preparation; familiarity with AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, or comparable services.\nExperience operating enterprise DevSecOps shared services and standardizing development or deployment environments across teams.\nExperience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Artifactory, SonarQube, Fortify, OWASP tools, or comparable technologies.\nExperience designing high availability and disaster recovery solutions across cloud or hybrid environments.\nExperience with relational and nonrelational databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2, MySQL, or comparable platforms.\nExperience with performance tuning and observability using Splunk, Azure Monitor, Databricks logs, AppDynamics, NeoLoad, or similar tools.\nMicrosoft Azure Certifications\nProfessional Skills\nCommunicate technical issues, risks, architecture decisions, and operational impacts clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.\nCollaborate across cloud, AI, data, security, application, and operations teams to resolve issues and deliver reliable services.\nUse structured analysis to evaluate alternatives, identify root causes, and recommend practical improvements.\nOrganize work across concurrent Agile priorities and maintain accurate technical and compliance documentation.\nBot and Third-Party Applications\nPlease note that this application must be submitted directly by the applicant for consideration.
