The role focuses on data mining, analysis, and visualization to uncover insights and solve business problems.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.\nAnalyze learner, workforce, and training performance data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\nCreate recurring and ad hoc reports for program managers, executives, and stakeholders.\nValidate, cleanse, reconcile, and monitor data quality to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability.\nDevelop key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and scorecards to support organizational objectives.\nSupport data governance, metadata management, and data standardization efforts.\nPerform root-cause analysis and statistical analysis to support data-driven decision-making.\nTranslate business requirements into data collection, reporting, and visualization solutions.\nPartner with technical teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify reporting and analytics needs.\nDocument data definitions, business rules, reporting methodologies, and analytical processes.\nPresent findings, trends, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nSupport audit requests, compliance reporting, and data calls from federal stakeholders.\nBasic Qualifications:\n3+ years of experience analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on complex datasets.\nBachelor's degree\nAdditional Qualifications:\nExperience developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business stakeholders.\nExperience writing complex SQL queries and performing data validation activities.\nProficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or other business intelligence and visualization tools.\nExperience with data transformation and preparation tools.\nKnowledge of data warehousing concepts and relational databases.\nExperience working with large datasets from multiple data sources.\nUnderstanding of statistical methods, data profiling, and trend analysis.\nAbility to communicate complex analytical findings through effective visualizations and presentations.\nFamiliarity with Agile project environments and requirements management processes.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience analyzing learning management system (LMS) data, student participation data, certification data, or workforce development metrics.\nExperience supporting enterprise analytics initiatives in regulated federal environments.\nExperience developing executive dashboards and performance measurement frameworks.\nKnowledge of learning analytics, Kirkpatrick evaluation methodologies, training effectiveness measurement, or workforce planning analytics.\nExperience with Power BI, Azure Data Services, Microsoft Fabric, or other Microsoft analytics platforms.\nExperience supporting FDA, HHS, or other federal health-sector organizations.\nFamiliarity with data governance, privacy requirements, and federal information management standards.\nBot and Third-Party Applications\nPlease note that this application must be submitted directly by the applicant for consideration.
