requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyse the current website structure, content, and user journeys.\nAdvise on the redesign of website architecture and navigation.\nPropose user-friendly content structures within the technical and governance constraints of the publishing environment.\nCollaborate closely with content writers, web architects, designers, and project stakeholders.\nDevelop and implement front-end enhancements to improve usability and stakeholder engagement.\nContribute technical expertise to support content restructuring and presentation.\nEnsure compliance with accessibility standards, web governance requirements, and platform constraints.\nSupport integration of interactive features and data-driven components where appropriate.\nAssist with testing, validation, deployment, and maintenance planning.\nProject Delivery Approach\nThe engagement will be delivered through three key phases:\nSprint 1: Platform Setup & Content Restructuring\nReview existing website architecture.\nDefine updated information architecture and navigation.\nSupport content reorganisation and page structure recommendations.\nEstablish development environment and technical framework.\nSprint 2: Feature Enhancement & Interactivity\nDevelop new functionality and user-experience improvements.\nExplore interactive elements, dashboards, and analytical tools.\nEnhance stakeholder engagement through improved presentation and accessibility.\nSprint 3: Validation, Deployment & Maintenance\nConduct testing and validation activities.\nImplement final refinements and optimisations.\nSupport deployment and transition to maintenance mode.\nProvide technical recommendations for future evolution of the website.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of modern web technologies and standards, including: HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript\nExperience with at least one back-end development language such as: PHP Java or equivalent enterprise-level technologies\nExperience with API integrations and web services.\nUnderstanding of enterprise web architectures and content management systems.\nExperience developing
