This role requires a balance of technical leadership, business process alignment, governance, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring compliance with complex federal and regulatory standards.\nAs an LMS Administrator, you will interface with internal staff to identify and document LMS and LMS content requirements by working with software developers, eLearning specialists, instructional designers, content creators, 508 compliance specialists, and end users.\nPrior experience working in federally regulated environments and proximity to the DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) area with the ability to go onsite as needed is strongly preferred.\nKey Responsibilities\nPropose and recommend training and eLearning solutions.\nOversee eLearning course testing, uploading, troubleshooting LMS compatibility.\nAdminister user accounts, roles, permissions, groups, and audience assignments within the LMS.\nManage course catalogs, curricula, certifications, competencies, and learning assignments.\nUpload, publish, maintain, and retire SCORM, AICC, xAPI, and other eLearning content packages.\nMonitor LMS performance and troubleshoot learner access, completion tracking, enrollment, and reporting issues.\nGenerate standard and ad hoc reports to support compliance tracking, training metrics, audits, and management decision making.\nSupport learning data quality through regular audits, validation, reconciliation, and records management activities.\nProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support, respond to help desk tickets, and develop user guidance and job aids.\nCoordinate LMS upgrades, patch testing, release management activities, and vendor communications.\nEnsure LMS configurations and content comply with Section 508 accessibility requirements, agency policies, and applicable federal regulations.\nSupport integration and synchronization activities between the LMS and enterprise systems such as HR, identity management, and reporting platforms.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree\n3+ years of experience administering enterprise LMS platforms, including user management, course administration, reporting, and system configuration.\nAdditional Qualifications\nExperience supporting SCORM-, AICC-, or xAPI-compliant learning content.\nExperience creating and maintaining LMS reports, dashboards, and learning analytics\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing learner records, certifications, recurring training assignments, and compliance-based learning programs.\nExperience supporting LMS integrations with HRIS, Single Sign-On (SSO), identity management, or enterprise reporting solutions.\nWorking knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, AICC, LTI, and related eLearning standards.(Suggested addition)\nExperience developing SQL queries, data extracts, dashboards, or advanced LMS reporting solutions.(Suggested addition)\nExperience supporting LMS help desk operations and end-user training.\nKnowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements and testing tools for digital learning environments.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and technical documentation skills.\nExperience with Totara LMS, Cornerstone, Moodle, or other enterprise learning platforms.\nExperience with reporting tools, analytics, and data-driven decision support for learning environments.\nExperience supporting federal workforce development, training operations, or learning technology ecosystems.\nExperience serving Federal clients, particularly FDA\nExperience working in consulting firm environments\nBot and Third-Party Applications\nPlease note that this application must be submitted directly by the applicant for consideration.
