It will build trusted relationships across schools, community organisations and local partners, helping them work together on shared priorities and making it easier to connect children and young people with relevant opportunities, support and facilities.\nKey responsibilities\nBuild trusted relationships with organisations and maintain regular, purposeful contact across an allocated geography. \nAssess organisational needs and connect groups to specialists, learning, funding routes, tools and peer support. \nWelcome and onboard new partners, keeping network records, consent information and contact data accurate. \nCoordinate local networking sessions, workshops and partner meetings that respond to shared priorities. \nCapture outcomes, risks, case studies and emerging needs through CRM records and periodic reports. \nDevelop relationships with local authorities, schools, active partnerships, funders and voluntary-sector infrastructure bodies. \nSkills, knowledge and experience\nExperience in community development, membership support, sport for development, or network coordination. \nAbility to build rapport, diagnose support needs and broker practical solutions. \nStrong self-management and confidence working remotely and independently across a defined area. \nCompetence with Microsoft 365, CRM or database systems and accurate monitoring records. \nUnderstanding of physical activity and sport inclusion, grassroots organisational challenges and community-led delivery. \nPersonal qualities\nInclusive and collaborative, with the confidence to build trust across schools, community organisations, public bodies and delivery partners. \nOrganised and solutions-focused, able to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and accurate records. \nCommitted to widening participation and motivated to reducing barriers to sport and physical activity for underserved groups. \nComfortable travelling and working flexibly when programme activity, events or partner engagement requires it. \nBot and Third-Party Applications\nPlease note that this application must be submitted directly by the applicant for consideration.
