By leveraging ICF’s deep understanding of client needs and emerging technologies, the Operations Coordinator helps deliver high-quality services that support energy efficiency goals. \nThis position will support client work in the southeast, including Mississippi and South Carolina. Preference for individuals in those states or individuals in the central or eastern time zone. Work is fully remote. The anticipated pay for this position is in the $60K range.\nKey Responsibilities\nWork as part of the energy efficiency team ensuring that the evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility-sponsored energy efficiency projects are successfully executed. \nDevelop and share best practices across the team and organization. \nCollaborate with IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care teams. \nConduct analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. \nAssist with processing incoming project applications. \nReview project application forms and submittals to ensure compliance with program policies and procedures. \nAssign project applications for further processing and review per program policies and procedures. \nAssist with customer and contractor inquiries. \nCoordinate quality control follow-up on project inspections and customer surveys as appropriate. \nSkills\nApplication review and compliance tracking \nTeam collaboration and stakeholder communication \nData analysis and reporting \nProcess documentation and improvement \nStrong time management and organizational skills \nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel \nAnalytical thinking and problem-solving \nEffective written and verbal communication \nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or Associates degree with minimum of 2 years of work experience. \nPreferred Qualifications\nStrong time management, communication, and organization skills. \nMust be experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with demonstrated experience in Excel. \nOutstanding analytical, writing, and communication skills. \nKnowledge of the utility market (specifically energy efficiency, demand response, and distributed energy resource programs and markets). \nExperience with Power BI (or similar data visualization tool). \nExperience with advanced Microsoft data software such as SharePoint Lists and Power Automate \nBot and Third-Party Applications\nPlease note that this application must be submitted directly by the applicant for consideration.
