By leveraging ICF’s deep understanding of client needs and emerging technologies, the Coordinator helps deliver high-quality services that support energy efficiency goals.\nKey Responsibilities\nWork as part of the energy efficiency team ensuring that the evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility-sponsored energy efficiency projects are successfully executed.\n\nProvide technicalassistance, training,and guidance on energy efficient technologies and practices to participantsin utility-sponsored programs.\n\nDevelop and share best practices across the team and organization.\n\nCollaborate with IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care teams.\n\nConduct analyses to identifytrends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.\n\nAssist with processing incoming project applications.\n\nReview project application forms and submittals to ensure compliance with program policies and procedures.\n\nAssign project applications for further processing and review perprogrampolicies and procedures.\n\nAssist with customer and contractor inquiries.\n\nCoordinate quality control follow-up on project inspections and customer surveys as appropriate.\n\nSkills\nApplication review and compliance tracking\n\nTeam collaboration and stakeholder communication\n\nProcess documentation and improvement\n\nStrong time management and organizational skills\n\nAdvanced proficiencyin Microsoft Excel\n\nAnalytical thinking and problem-solving\n\nEffective written and verbal communication\n\nData analysis and reporting\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or Associatesdegree with minimum of2 years of work experience.\n\nDemonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nDegree inEnergy, Environmental Studies, BusinessAdminor related fieldspreferred.\n\nKnowledge of the utility market (specifically energy efficiency, demand response, and distributed energy resource programs and markets).\n\nExperience interacting with business owners,representativesand other key stakeholders.\n\nExperience with advanced Microsoft data software such as SharePoint Lists and Power Automate\n\nStrong time management, communication, and organization skills.\n\nOutstanding analytical, writing, and communication skills.\n\nCompensation:Although the posted range below is broader, this position is anticipated to offer a base salary in the$55,000 to $57,000range.
