The role requires experience engaging with government bodies, financial institutions, and industry to strengthen the policy and workforce landscape for cleantech sectors.\nLocation: New Delhi (on-site at client location)\nExperience Required: 5+ years\nQualification: Master’s degree in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Technology\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Design & Analyse Policy Instruments: Develop evidence-based recommendations and design policy instruments such as DCR, ALMM, and other measures that promote domestic manufacturing and technology adoption.\n2. Facilitate Investment Mobilisation: Engage with multilateral institutions, climate financiers, and investors to structure funding solutions, blended finance mechanisms, and PPP models for clean energy and manufacturing sectors.\n3. Lead Cleantech Workforce & Skilling Roadmap: Support development of workforce strategies aligned with MSDE/NSDC/ITI systems and industry requirements. Identify skill gaps and design targeted capacity-building programs.\n4. Government & Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate discussions with government agencies, regulatory bodies, training institutions, and industry associations to advance policy and investment objectives.\n5.
