Work with ICF staff, clients, subcontractors and project team to determine project scope, budget forecast, review timesheets, scheduling, and deliverables\nManages the risk register and updates the Risk Management Plan and quality assurance activities\nDevelops project work plans and determines resource requirements\nMonitor and assist with project tasks expenses and keep them within allotted budget\nMonitors, plans, coordinates and oversees project activities to ensure on-time delivery of deadlines\nEnsure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements\nMaintain accurate client communication and project documentations\nRespond to customer enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally\nTrack project scope, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests, escalating items as needed to project or program leadership \nSupport client and internal stakeholder communications by preparing meeting notes, status updates, follow-ups, and project documentation \nAssist with release coordination, implementation readiness, post-launch support, and lessons learned activities to support continuous improvement \n\nWhat we need you to have:\nBachelor’s degree\n5+ years of project management experience.\n3+ years of experience managing IT or software delivery projects with demonstrated accountability for schedule, budget, scope, and risk \n1+ years of experience successfully managing multiple concurrent projects while coordinating cross-functional teams across technical and business stakeholders. \nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and diverse teams.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; MS Project experience a plus).\nKnowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)\nExperience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio \nMust be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident per federal contract requirements\nWhat we would like you to have:\nMasters degree is preferred\nPMP certification strongly preferred\nSpanish language fluency is a plus\nExperience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery approaches.
