Team members at ICF have an opportunity to apply their experience and academic knowledge, gain exposure to major projects, and interact with experts and clients in the field, while building content knowledge and consulting skills.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProject Setup & Documentation\nMaintain suspense trackers, utilization trackers, proposal trackers, and pipeline records (win/loss, Dynamics ID).\nProject Execution & Deliverables\nOversee development and management of deliverable templates.\nCoordinate project data access and downloads.\nManage team SharePoint resources, including project folders and shared tools.\nFinancial & Billing Coordination\nOversee portfolio-level billing tracking spreadsheets and liaise with billing teams to identify outstanding amounts.\nVerify project closeout activities, including archiving final reports, certificates, and billing records.\nOperations & Reporting\nGenerate and analyze Cognos reports (TOPSR, Project Status Report, Labor, Expenses, Contract Modification etc).\nMaintain proposal and pipeline trackers (status-Win/Loss, Dynamics ID).\nOversee planner tasks including proposals, contract execution, amendments, additional funding, charge code setup, and IWO setup.\nCoordinate with Finance, Project Accounting and Contracts teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.\nMaintain new project setup, Internal work order, utilization and suspense hours trackers.\nMaintain revenue trackers, bookings, outstanding codes, unbilled/unpaid invoices, etc.\nIdentify and report revenue at risk.\nCompile PM and client-wise data.\nPrepare forecasts vs. actuals, P&L reports, and EDI meeting presentations.\nOversee project closure activities, including booking costs and clearing account receivable.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree with 5 years of administrative experience\nDemonstrated organizational skills\nAbility to communicate and multi-task effectively\nHandle sensitive information in a confidential manner\nSelf-initiative and follow through to complete tasks with minimal supervision\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)\n\nPreferred Skills/Experience:\nAdministrative experience in a technical / engineering environment\nWriting or editing experience in a work or educational environment\nFamiliarity with Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, COGNOS\n\nProfessional Skills:\nOperational Excellence: Strong reporting, data management, and process improvement capabilities.\nCollaboration: Works seamlessly with SMEs, PMs, and cross-functional teams.\nProblem-Solving: Proactive in identifying risks, securing solutions, and ensuring project success.\nBot and Third-Party Applications\nPlease note that this application must be submitted directly by the applicant for consideration.
