Learn more at icf.com\nPosition Summary :\nICF seeks a Renewable Energy Engineer to support implementation, monitoring, and reporting of renewable energy programmes in Bihar, including PM Surya Ghar and PM-KUSUM initiatives.\nJob Description:\nMonitor progress of renewable energy programme implementation.\nCoordinate with BREDA, NBPDCL, SBPDCL, and implementing agencies.\nSupport project tracking, inspections, and commissioning activities.\nMaintain programme MIS and reporting systems.\nAssist in dashboard development and analytics.\nConduct field visits and implementation reviews.\nSupport vendor monitoring and stakeholder engagement.\nPrepare technical reports and programme updates.\nParticipate in training and awareness programs.\nSupport impact assessment and evaluation activities.\nMinimum qualifications and experience:\nBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; Master's Degree preferred.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in renewable energy sector; Experience in at least one renewable energy project\nWorking Relationships :\nWork closely with client, internal PMU colleagues and relevant state, utility, financial, vendor or technology stakeholders.\nMaintain role-specific work plans, action trackers, deliverable calendars and supporting records.\nProduce clear, accurate and decision-ready outputs within agreed timelines and quality standards.\nHandle programme, beneficiary, financial, portal and stakeholder information confidentially and follow approved access and information-security requirements.\nUndertake field travel and support urgent programme reviews when required by the assignment.\nWorking Relationships :\nWork closely with client, internal PMU colleagues and relevant state, utility, financial, vendor or technology stakeholders.\nMaintain role-specific work plans, action trackers, deliverable calendars and supporting records.\nProduce clear, accurate and decision-ready outputs within agreed timelines and quality standards.\nHandle programme, beneficiary, financial, portal and stakeholder information confidentially and follow approved access and information-security requirements.\nUndertake field travel and support urgent programme reviews when required by the assignment.\nBot and Third-Party Applications\nPlease note that this application must be submitted directly by the applicant for consideration.
