The successful candidate will support the management, coordination, and growth of a network of internal and external partners that provide technical, advisory, and implementation services across a variety of energy, infrastructure, sustainability, and government programs.\nThe analyst will assist with partner engagement, capability tracking, resource planning, onboarding activities, reporting, and business operations support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, collaborative, and interested in supporting complex projects through effective partner and workforce coordination.\nThis position may be remote or based in our Reston, VA headquarters office in a hybrid work environment. Candidates must be willing to work across CONUS time zones to accommodate client meetings preferences and requests. \nWhat will you be doing . . .\nSupport partner and subcontractor engagement activities. \nMaintain databases, trackers, reports, and capability inventories. \nConduct research, data collection, and analysis to support business and program operations. \nPrepare written reports, presentations, and other project deliverables. \nSupport staffing, resource planning, and workforce coordination efforts. \nAssist with onboarding and readiness activities for partner organizations. \nMaintain project documentation, SharePoint sites, and organizational records. \nCoordinate meetings, action items, and follow-up activities with internal and external stakeholders. \nSupport process improvement and knowledge management initiatives. \nPerform other duties as assigned. \nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in business, public administration, communications, economics, planning, environmental studies, management, or related field. \n2+ years of relevant professional experience including organizational and project coordination skills. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree in similar fields. \nExperience supporting consulting, government, energy, infrastructure, or sustainability programs. \nExperience with partner management, vendor management, recruiting support, workforce planning, or business operations. \nExperience using databases, CRM systems, reporting tools, or dashboards. \nFamiliarity with Power BI, Salesforce, Power Platform, or similar platforms. \nExperience supporting proposal, project, or program management activities.\nBot and Third-Party Applications\nPlease note that this application must be submitted directly by the applicant for consideration.
