The project involves deploying a mission-critical application leveraging Salesforce’s Public Sector Solutions, integrated with 3rd party systems, and built using Agile methodology.\nJob Location: Must be able to travel onsite to Falling Waters, West Virginia at least 2 times a week\nWhat You Will Do:\nEngage with DHS stakeholders to analyze current business processes, identify pain points, and gather requirements for the Salesforce-based solution.\n\nTranslate business needs into detailed user stories, workflows, and system requirements to support low-code/no-code development on Salesforce’s Government Cloud Platform.\n\nCollaborate with the team to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.\n\nCreate comprehensive documentation, including process flows, requirements specifications, user guides, and deliverables required for gate reviews.\n\nAssist in delivering user training to ensure effective adoption and use of the new Salesforce system.\n\nSupport the team in meeting DoD and federal security and compliance standards, including contributing to cybersecurity documentation for ATO approval.\n\nFacilitate communication between stakeholders, developers, and other team members to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.\n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews) to provide insights on requirements and process improvements.\n\nSupport gate reviews for system and acquisition lifecycle checkpoints, ensuring all deliverables meet DHS standards.\n\nWhat You Will Bring With You:\n3+ years as a Business Analyst, including at least one Salesforce project.\n\nCandidate must have a Public Trust or an Active Secret clearance.\n\nU.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements.\n\nCandidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.\n\nCandidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years.\n\nWhat We Would Like You To Bring With You:\n3+ years of experience and proven proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.\n\n1+ years of experience delivering user training or creating technical documentation.\n\nUnderstanding of DoD and federal government security standards and experience supporting ATO processes.\n\nExperience working with federal government clients, particularly DHS or DoD.\n\nFamiliarity with Salesforce, including its general functionality and the use cases it supports.\n\nSalesforce Business Analyst certification, Salesforce Administrator certification, or meaningful Trailhead badge attainment.\n\nPrior experience delivering user training or creating technical documentation.\n\nBackground in data migration projects.\n\nProfessional Skills:\nHighly effective analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\n\nDemonstrated critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to produce polished and well-organized written deliverables.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with team members and federal clients.\n\nOrganized, detailed oriented and able to prioritize and multi-task.\n\nBot and Third-Party Applications\nPlease note that this application must be submitted directly by the applicant for consideration.
