In addition, you will help develop AI-driven pilot projects and perform data analyses summarizing trends and modeling impacts for both internal and external clients.\nThis is an on-call opportunity beginning in November 2026, and continuing through the first half of 2027. Pay is expected to be at $27.50 per hour. The position is anticipated to be hybrid from Reston, VA.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nDevelop data pipelines and AI/ML solutions that address client problems, maximize efficiency, and maintain high standards of quality.\nDesign and develop statistical analyses, visualize the output of statistical models, present and interpret the output of predictive models, and perform quality assurance tasks on model code and output.\nIdentify important and interesting questions about large datasets, then translate those questions into concrete analytical tasks.\nBuild quantitative models with data and communicate the results of those models to stakeholders\nHelp conceptualize and perform data analyses to summarize trends\nDevelop and execute database queries to support the development and formatting of modeling inputs.\nWhat you must have:\nA minimum of 60 completed credit hours towards a bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nUS Citizenship due to federal contract requirements.\nAbility to obtain Public Trust due to Government Contract.\nWhat we’d like you to have:\nAbility to obtain and maintain a security clearance.\nExperience with quantitative analysis and statistical programming using tools such as Python, R, SAS, or SQL.\nExperience applying machine learning techniques, including NLP, anomaly detection, graph analytics, or deep learning.\nExperience with cloud-based data and AI platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).\nExperience with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), or AI-enabled applications.\nExperience with data modeling, data warehousing, and relational databases.\nExperience with data visualization and storytelling tools such as Tableau, Shiny, or Bokeh.\nStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative.\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform effectively in a fast-paced team environment.\nWorking at ICF\nICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants.
