It takes the right team of people working together on the right solutions for the customer.\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to support Product Owners and delivery teams in defining, refining, and managing Salesforce requirements throughout the software development lifecycle. This individual will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions are aligned with business objectives and delivered with clearly defined requirements and acceptance criteria.\nThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting Salesforce implementations, managing Agile delivery processes, and owning user stories from initial requirements gathering through development, testing, UAT, and production deployment.\nYou will be working on a mission-critical software program whose goal is to consolidate, modernize, and enhance a suite of applications supporting Medicaid operations.\nOur core work hours are 10am to 4pm Eastern Time with the option to start earlier or work later depending on your time zone.\nResponsibilities\nPartner closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, architects, and Salesforce delivery teams to gather, analyze, document, and refine business requirements.\nLead requirements elicitation sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery activities to identify business needs and desired outcomes.\nTranslate business requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.\nOwn user stories throughout the entire Agile lifecycle, ensuring requirements remain clear, prioritized, and development-ready.\nManage story refinement activities, ensuring development teams have sufficient detail to estimate and implement solutions.\nSupport Product Owners with backlog management, prioritization, release planning, and roadmap execution.\nCollaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.\nValidate requirements through system demonstrations, testing activities, and user acceptance testing (UAT).\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and stakeholder demonstrations.\nTrack requirements, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.\nCreate and maintain business process documentation, user guides, workflow diagrams, and requirements artifacts.\nSupport release management activities and ensure successful deployment of Salesforce enhancements and new functionality.\nAnalyze current business processes and recommend Salesforce best practice solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.\nAssist with change management, stakeholder communications, and user adoption activities.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree.\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise software development projects.\nMinimum of three (3) years of experience supporting Salesforce implementations or Salesforce-based business solutions.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.\nCandidate must reside in the United States, be authorized to work in the United States, and work must be performed in the United States.\nMust have lived in the United States three full years out of the last five years.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree.\nSalesforce Administrator Certification.\nSalesforce Business Analyst Certification.\nExperience gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.\nExperience writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, business process flows, and functional specifications.\nExperience supporting Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies.\nExperience working directly with Product Owners and managing product backlogs.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or custom Salesforce applications.\nExperience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect management processes.\nExperience supporting Medicaid, healthcare, or government modernization programs.\nExperience working within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments.\nKnowledge of Salesforce platform configuration, security model, workflows, reporting, dashboards, flows, and case management.\nExperience partnering with Salesforce developers and solution architects on large-scale implementations.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce DevOps and release management processes.\nExperience supporting Human-Centered Design (HCD) initiatives.\nProfessional Skills\nStrong elicitation and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to translate complex business needs into actionable Salesforce user stories and requirements.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong facilitation and workshop leadership skills.\nExperience managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.\nAbility to identify risks, dependencies, and impacts across business and technical teams.\nExperience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile work management tools.\nStrong understanding of Agile metrics and continuous improvement practices.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, architects, and executive leadership.\nDemonstrated ability to drive requirements from concept through deployment and adoption.\nKey Success
